Building Assessment Report

Building Assessment Report [ITE] is an examination of the condition of a building carried out by competent technicians and in accordance with a regulated methodology. In recent years, several autonomous communities and municipalities have imposed it as mandatory, and, if the current trend continues, it is expected that it will become a widespread practice in a short time.

The governing standard also establishes the frequency of the inspection, normally based on the age of the building. It is common that, after the first inspection, subsequent inspections must be carried out every 10 years. The inspection fundamentally analyzes the state of the elements whose deterioration could cause harm to people or reduce the functionality, habitability or health of the building: facades, roofs, structure and water, sanitation and electrical installations. In collective housing buildings, the Technical Building Inspection is a task of the community of owners.

MONSA URBANISMO carries out ITEs in accordance with the particular [municipal and regional] regulations that govern them, and with a prior budget. Contact us.
