CTF Finance Centre is a skyscraper under construction in Guangzhou, China. It will be the second of two skyscrapers overlooking the Pearl River in Guangzhou. Its final height is 530 meters (1,740 ft), with 111 floors. Is expected to be completed in 2016. Chow Tai Fook Center, 398,000 m2 of mixed use, it is located across Tower Guangzhou International Finance Centre in Guangzhou Tianhe district.
It is linked to the public railway through underground connections in the basement levels and nearby through a network of second level of pedestrian bridges buildings. The building will be 530 meters high.
The tower houses 208.720 m2 of offices, 74.260 m2 residential and 45.924 m2 of hotel program.
The tower design Chow Tai Fook Center is derived from its many uses, but also from nearby Guangzhou International Finance Centre and Guangzhou TV Tower. The overall effect of the tower, located in the southwest corner, is a crystalline form that ascends to heaven.
In the south and west, the tower is surrounded by access offered by the office directly downs office lobby and elevators. In the southeast, a hotel dedicated to hotel visitors and guests. It is covered and into the access road that offers a discreet and luxurious experience entrance.
The facade of the tower is designed to emphasize its verticality. Stone long strips extending from the base of the tower and around the building setbacks chiseled wrap. The podium has a similar shape chiseled levels. Its facade, which is a combination of glass, wood and stone, wrapped in the tower and offers spacious terraces of restaurants and cafes. A roof deck on the large hotel area, can serve as an area for outdoor banquets. The building uses a series of tools for energy efficiency in order to reduce their environmental footprint. These include the use of high efficiency chiller, facade materials with good thermal properties, and heat recovery condensers cooled water coolers.
